Every port call is a complex operation in which time, precision and the flow of information have a direct impact on costs. Our role is to take responsibility for coordinating these activities and to represent our principal’s interests wherever the operation takes place – at the port, at the terminal and on board the vessel.

We provide comprehensive support to shipowners, charterers and vessel operators. We charter ships and barges, arrange chartering services and provide full agency assistance to vessels calling at Polish ports and shipyards. We coordinate port formalities, cargo operations, ship supplies and cooperation with maritime authorities, terminals, customs and border services.

Our services also include owners’ representation, crew changes, seafarer transport, medical assistance and Cash to Master arrangements. We remain available around the clock because in shipping, operational challenges do not wait for office hours.
